One Ripped Heart

by Hannah Hannah Martin   May 4, 2005

Listen, all silly lovers and you shall hear
Of a couple who was never sincere
They shouted they fought
They yelled everything they thought
It always ended up with a tear

It looked like it was over
Not even the wish of a four-leafed clover
Could save this couples relationship
Not even with a sweet kiss on the lip
They both knew this would never blow over

I’m sorry to say
This couple would pay
With the love they had
Oh, how they must of felt bad
For the merciless fighting they did that day

Their relationship was down the drain
Now all she felt was pain
Of where her heart use to be
Now she felt so silly
Would she ever love again?

Now she needed to know
If their love would still grow
Into something great
Or if it was to late
To go back long ago

He didn’t love her anymore
He had locked the door
To his heart
Now they would be apart
Forevermore

Her heart was torn
She needed to be reborn
Into a new life
Without any strife
Or the cold thrust of her heart being stabbed with a thorn
