Eh suicide poems are never my favorite but this poem is overall good. the only thing i would advise you to do is to put

"I'm tired of trying to pretend"

instead of

"and i'm tired of trying to pretend"

It just makes it flow better and when you write because sometimes it's good not start the lines out with and, but, so, and so on.
