We thought we won’t be able to let go,
cuz our illness seemed like an endless show.
I’m sorry you suffered,
and I appreciate every loving moment you offered.
You took every one of us under your wing,
and you always did the right thing.
You were amazingly wise,
you taught us not to say any lies
You were the kindest man on earth,
we learned from you to be so down-to-earth.
Just like you used to give and care,
now everything we own we share.
You also taught us to stay tight,
cuz are each other’s light,
that’s why we still see each other every night.
I wish you were still alive,
so you could always nourish our lives.
You were the reason of our happiness,
without you we thought we are helpless.
We are trying to do our best,
what’s important is for you to rest.
Do not worry about us,
everything you expected, we won’t do any less.
From dust to dust we shall return,
you played your role, now it’s our turn
We all miss you very much,
that I can still feel your touch.
