The weather was changing
The skies were blue
Birds were chirping
Kids were playing
Summer had started
School got out
Summer vacation started
Family and friends come to visit
and this is how it started
He was working on my dads ranch and i was staying there
we started to talk
slowly at first
But then it got better
We would stay up all night
and talk for hours at a time
We did everything together
We were rarely apart
Then i fell in love
I knew when summer ended
and we had to go back
to our normal lives
that it was going to end
We deiced to try to make it work
We promised to each other that we will never hurt one another
Then it happened
My love hit a stone wall
so i could no longer love him
Now he is love with another girl.
But i still want to love him
We are still friends
But its not the same
I want him each and everyday
But this stone wall that he put will just not break
