You’re a breath of fresh air
I'm relaxed when you’re near
I feign for the joy you bring
I hate when you have to leave
With such conflicting schedules we make time
With such horrible attitudes we're still fine
Is this the Lord helping us out?
I just pray I'm the love you'll never forget about
I may sound crazy but I want your heart and soul
I want things from you even I don't know
As I sit here and write this poem I feel your spirit running through my heart
That 's why it devastates me to think if we were to part
You have my heart but I'm not in love
That's why this experience with you is from above
What else could it be?
Because no boy has last this long with me
You bring me happiness and pain
Sunshine and rain
But you never let me down
That's why I pray for you to always be around
You make me want to be a better me
And I learned to look at you and truly see
See that you were created for me
But if I'm wrong and this is just lust
Then the lord only knows because in God we trust
