The poser

by stephalee   May 7, 2005

Mirror, mirror on the wall
Who’s the biggest poser of them all?
I’ll tell you who
Its simply you
You with the brown colored hair
Who complains that life isn’t fair
Mommy and daddy won't buy you that black purse
So you storm off and start to curse
But I can see through you
I can see what's true
He sees through your lies
He says what fake tears she cries
Your black cloths fool no one
The war against posers has just begun
You stupid prep
Don’t forget admitting it is the first step
You shout and scream this is the new me
But its so easy to see
That inside you think of cute simple things
And wishing its for you so you can talk when the telephone rings
Just wipe off the dark make up
And hang up your pen
Your done being gothic
This is the end
So when you ask mirror, mirror on the wall
Who's the biggest poser of them all
They are staring right back at you
Now what are you going to do?
