Bleeding Heart

by Chelly   May 10, 2005

The one I love is on my mind,
dreaming of him on this gloomy night. I try and drift slowly asleep, soon enough there are aggressive thoughts that pop into mind. It’s hard to sleep soundly tonight, when I hear soft whispers of your voice at night. I see us dancing gracefully across that wooden floor, I have been left here in the shadows of this room to bleed. You seem to smile devilishly, as your sweet blue eyes never seem to fade away, from this state of mind. My bleeding heart skips a beat overtime, the crushed heart beats faster, but it’s a joyful beat even though it hurts me tonight. As my broken heart seems to die and my dropping tears don’t seem to deliberately be fading away, since they are hidden beyond a smile. Then I kiss you steadily and say goodbye, while I walk away and start to cry, since I know welded we,
never be together again.
