Where is the good in goodbye
sometimes I ask myself why
Why you left me on this crooked earth
with nothing because I always hurt
you were the best thing I ever had
when you died, it made me sad
now I know your in a better place
all I want is once more to touch your face
today as I pray on my knees
I know that you have all you need
so now as I finally let you go
I know you will fly to a place that I want to know
one day I will, and see you once more
I will see you at that open door
the good in goodbye
is knowing that I will never ask why
why you still suffer
why you cant feed yourself supper
so now as I say goodbye
I promised myself I will not cry
*this poem is dedicated to my great unlcle (whom I was close to) died, and left me here on this crooked earth!
