Because Of You…..

Because of you I couldn’t get Into Heaven.
I came back crying and was torn apart.
It was dark and the time was eleven.
That’s when I noticed my little black heart.

It began to crumble and I tried so hard,
To grab the pieces before they struck the ground.
My hand was bleeding from grasping a shard,
I wanted so bad to have you around.

You left me for dead without a good-bye,
Tears filled the street and carried me away.
Flowing I asked myself constantly why?
Someone could be this way.

While I lay here In absolute distress,
You smile and party and feel so free.
You don’t talk and I thought you were the best,
You told me you’d still be friends with me.

I’m going, going gone,
Without a heart you cannot be free.
I never thought love could be wrong,
Yet here I am alone and floating out to sea.
