A Friendship Like Ours

To my special friend,
Someone who’s always been there,
We’ll be friends till the very end,
Because of how much we care
.
We’ve been through some good times,
And some which weren’t so great,
But we still managed to be friends,
And I doubt it was ever fate.

A friendship like ours,
Is one that should be treasured,
Friends like you don’t just come around,
It hardly happens, ever.

Whenever I think about it,
It just makes me smile,
Because a friend like you,
Makes the passing years worth while.

Thanks for always being there,
And sticking by my side,
I hope your still there in the years to come,
Because when you go the end will be nigh.
