Longing Urge

Constantly wanting
to do myself harm
a longing urge
to dig into my arm

angered emotions
pent-up inside
running from my problems-
trying to hide

bottling up
all I've been told
pondering on the past
hoping to take hold

not caring at all
about what happens to me
i want things back
the way they use to be
