I'm having mixed emotions
About the way I feel about you
For my heart says one thing
But my mind brings me something too
I'm confused more than ever
And I want to believe it's love
But see I been through this before
And the angels feel it too; up above
Though when I see your face
My stomach begins to turn
And I think it trying to tell me something
But I remember my heart feeling burned
And you speak of how much you like me
But could it all be so true
That I should give love another shot
And feel how it would be with you
Though we have so much to lose
Our hearts not wanting to walk that path again
We both don't want heartache
And go through the same things that had once been
I can tell you hide certain feelings
Revealing of what may be true
And I know you feel the same
But your mind is nothing but confused
I know you think about me
All hours of the day
And you don't want to seem desperate
So you hide the things you would like to say
And I can't do the same as you
And not let you know how I feel
For this game we are playing
We losing at all the opportunities and deals
I'm just as lost as you are
And only God holds the answers from above
But the question we are both wondering...
Is it love?......
