haunting, goreish, graphic, dark, disturbing, beautiful. I loved your graphic imagery, it added such an incredibly dark atmosphere to fit the tone of the piece and it created an intriguing understanding to the horrendous act and insanity which took place with it.
I absolutly loved these lines,
"It would be a sorrowful moment, if not witnessed
Instead repugnant, with clogs of my vomit in drying blood
A forensics nightmare of organs excessively discombobulated
That is, if the remains continue to stay scattered."

and you were able to mix horror with beauty and pain,
"With another tear, my bitter hand’s wipe my nose
The auras of death fumes kindle my senses
I can see no more- my eyes, they close
Helping the drought, with salted springs."

I loved the conclusion and the disturbing image and information which it contains. Excellent work

That was a very powerful poem, and it felt almost like a curse in the way that it left me exasprated. I've never felt that way after reading any poem except for some of Poe's work. Wow, Amazing job.
