Seriously people,
be who you are,
And trust me,
you will shine like a star.

To be yourself,
can be really hard,
Because it can make you,
badly scarred.

If people don't like,
Me as me,
I don't care,
Because it is they who can't see.

That I am beautiful,
no matter what they think,
because as I said,
I'm a star that can blink.

I know what people,
think of me,
they like the person I am,
Because I can see:

If I am myself,
And be just me,
They will like, or not like me,
And that will just have to be.
