The Curtains Hanging

by Terri Lynn   Sep 25, 2003

Within My room are treasures
Lies and hate to name a few
And over time and sorrows
My treasure chest, it grew

But my most prized possession
I bet you culdn't guess
It has nothing to do with the pain
Inside my treasure chest

You see I love me curtians
Hanging from my wall
They cover up the window
That shows my pain to all

Curtians block the world out
But only for so long
For when I leave my room
My beloved curtians are gone

They hide my treasures from you
They keep my sain inside
My curtains wont save me forever So now i must decide

Now the curtains arn't the only thing
Hanging in my room
You'll never find my Treasures
The pain, the hate, the gloom.
