No release

The pains and troubles,
of all these years,
being brought back to me,
releasing my fears.

This room so dark,
no light at all,
knowing if i move,
i will surely fall.

fall into,
the shadows beneath,
where once you've fallen,
theirs no release.

I need some help,
but i hide,
no one is here,
to guide.

This room is empty,
except for me,
a place i fear,
a place in me.
