Unknowing sickness

I've got an ilness
a disease only you can give
I'd rather die
than live
with this sickness
my conditions
aren't contagious
I've a scar in my heart
knot in my stomach
I've been crying so hard
I'm tearing blood
I'm falling apart at my seams
I need new stitches
this is all your fault
no one elses
there's no one else to blame
there's no one else who feels the same
not even yu
you're the only one that can give this unknown sickness
please tell me why you did this to me
