What is This Feeling?

I'm not sure what this is,
I don't know what to do.
I don't recognize this feeling
I have around you.

I think of what is,
and then how it could be.
I wonder but I don't ask,
if you feel the same with me.

That tingle I felt
was something brand new.
And that lurch in my stomach
sent my mind all askew.

What are these emotions
that keep coming near?
It's funny how they happen,
when only you're here.

This feeling is strong,
confusing my heart.
I try to describe it,
but don't know where to start.

It's new, strange, and scary,
but I can't not submit.
New as this feeling is,
I have to say.......I'm loving it.
