I feel like things are different,
Different than before.
Before I never had a doubt,
A doubt about being sure.

Now when I look at you,
I see a different face.
One that shines with hopes and dreams,
That can't be achieved from this place.

All the time we spent together,
Thinking it could possibly last.
Has now faded into memories,
Just like everything else is our past.

Your plans were always changing,
Which made it hard to see.
