Hello Michael, |
The above is an email from Zanthonie's mother sent to me after I ask permission to right a tribute to the young poet. |

This is a beautiful poem and a wonderful tribute to the young poet. Its so sad that he had to leave at such a young age, but he is at peace and no longer suffering. He is one of God's angels now and looking down and protecting those he loves. He will live on through his words and through all the memories he has left behind. Once again this was truly beautiful Michael. |

"Hi. My name is Zanthonie. Like Anthony but with a 'Z'. I am 8 years old. I'm turning 9 on September 10. I can't wait. :) I have lung cancer. I might die if they can't remove it. I have surgery in 2 weeks. I'm a little nervous. But I have to do it. I live in Broward County. I love to write poetry. My mom writes poetry too. I have no friends, so I'm always on the net. My mom won't let me get any IM's because she thinks people will be mean to me. I just got an email address now because I needed one to join here. My mom is really protective of me. I love her. Well, thats it. Hope you like my poems." |
