HURTING

I cannot yell to you, my voice is hollow
my eyes look away at the sight that you might see me
your eyes pierce my heart, causing its crimson blood to be shed
it hurts, it hurts so much
i feel so alone, in the dark by myself
I'm searching for the way out. this light that i use is dying
its fading out, my life is getting darker
i need more light. i need more hope
the greatest death a man can take, is when he gives up hope
and death seems to be so close to me
stop looking at me, stop hurting, why did i have to love you, why did i have to feel for you
i wish i never did, i don't want to hurt anymore
i thought you would understand my feelings, and return them to me
but i was wrong, oh how i was wrong.
instead, you have hurt me more then anyone ever could.
