Here love in nonexistent
but people are still so persistent
to find something that is eternally dead
an emotion i have forever since dread
to let back into my life
to regain long lost strife
i find humor is watching the fools
in which have yet to learn the rules
you cannot bring back something you have lost
or at least not without a cost
it seems as though everything has a price
so i have learned to take my own advice
live today for there may be no tomorrow
don't waste your time with something that only ends in sorrow
life is too short to live in regret
so there is no use in getting yourself upset
