What They Don't See

by DeepSecret08   May 17, 2005

I sat alone in my room with my door shut tightly behind me. The lights are off....theres no one here, but me. No war to be won...tears that could not be cleaned. All I do is sit alone in this quiet empty room. As I look up I notice a hand thats right in front of me. I notice a light shining through her eyes...all my fears are gone away. The lights are on. My tears are gone. The door is finally open. As I look up I see her face. I notice who it is. I open up with all my fears and they simply go away. I take her hand and she leads the way to the light in front of me. People get mad. Lights turn off. Darkness quickly surrounds us both. Everyone looks at her. No one sees the truth. They look right in her eyes, but they don't see what I see.....they only see her eyes.....
P.S. you might not get it cause its a long story but I hope you do cause it means alot to me so plz vote....This is for you Dani

ok I thought I understood it but then I read it again and I think I'm wrong. But I think the meaning behind it is people see what you let them see, and a lot of the time the real picture is too deep to see so they look past the truth.
