Mirrored Image Of My Soul

by Fighter (Ariane L.)   May 17, 2005

Fragments of my soul
Captured on film.
Fragments of my soul
Mirrored image of my reflection.

The framed smile stares back at me.
Lying on my desk,
Exposed for everyone to see
My framed laugh: captured

Memories of that day,
Sounding in my ears.
My framed smile,
Captured and locked away.

Fragments of my soul,
Stolen from me.
Fragments of my identity:
My framed smile.
