Awwwwwwww... I just loved this. It was so sad. It makes me want to cry.
"...We struggled and I fought the beast
a battle, tooth and nail.
But without support from you my dear
how could I help but fail..." How sad. And the last stanza. You are such a talented poet. Really!

This poem is in many ways very similar to the last the other one I read...

It has the same rhyming scheme and the same flow, which is just as close to flawless as in the other one...Once again, you write a great poem about this very topic. and you are really good at it...

The message in it is great, and I love how you manage to switch between a state in which you both are blinded by love, and one where things doesn't really matter anymore...
