My other world.

I closed my eyes and slipped away
To another place another day
In another world away from here
With nothing left for me to fear.

The world is black and all alone
There’s no one but me on my own
There are no ghosts there is no fear
There isn’t anyone to hear

To hear my tears or my sorrowful pain
No one to watch me go insane
To leave the world and to be alone
To leave the rush and be on my own

To have some time to have some space
To never have to follow a race
But this world is only in my dreams
While I’m awake nothing is what it seems.

    The words in this poem wer very mind-capturing and made u want to read it till the end.. i think its a unique idea to have a black world in ur dreams, rather than a world that is gud and all the love, etc.. to escape the darkness of the real world... my thumbs up 4 originality.. gr8 job, well done!! amazing rhyme, too..
