What I've Learned

I learned that if life gets rough
Sometimes you gotta suck it up
Even it hurts inside
Those feelings you gotta hide

I learned that if you get your heart broken in two
Sometimes there is nothing you can do
Even if all you do is cry
Ya gotta say good bye

I learned that if you don't succeed at first
Don't let yourself believe you can do worst
Even if your ego got shattered
Thats not all that mattered

I learned once you go into something you come out smarter
Sometimes you lose but it makes you work harder
Sometimes you win and that boosts you up
It makes you take anything no matter how rough

I learned that if someone you love tells you a lie
That all that goes through your mind is why
But you have to understand that they do love you
No matter what they say or what they do

I learned that if someone walks out
They isn't a reason to pout nor shout
Wait for faith to bring them to you
Because its all destiny, that is true

I learned once you fall get right back up
Don't let anyone see that your not tough
Because the weaker you act the stronger they are
That will never get you very far

Life always seems to get harder no matter what we do
The trick to this world I just wish I knew
But every time I get broken down I end up stronger
Making me feel like I can go on a little longer
But from all these experiences they're are things I learned
Ya gotta keep going no matter how much you get burned
