A thousand words could not explain
The way I feel about you
Your the one I want to be with
And stay forever true
Just three little words
Can change your whole life
They can make you feel special
And erase feelings of strife
It's the little things you say to me
The little things you do
The way you give me bits of hope
For me to hold onto
Never have I been more happy
With anything you'd do
Then when you opened up your heart
And told me, "Staci, I love you!"
You said I was the only one
Whose ever made you feel this way
The one you wanted to be with
Until that special day
I love you
And you love me
We are meant to be together
It's plain and easy to see
The times in life I'm happiest
Are the times I've spent with you
Now that I look back at our past
I can tell our love is true
Sometimes you smile at me
And I smile back at you
And it makes me feel like crying
Because thats what we used to do
Alone in my room
With nothing to do
Only thing on my mind
Is how much I miss you
I cant help but remember
Everything we had
How good both of us had it
And how fast it went bad
I miss the look you'd give me
When I could still call you mine
I miss the notes you'd write to me
How for me, you always had time
I miss the way you'd smile at me
And wash all my pain away
The way that you would listen close
To anything I'd say
I miss the way you'd talk to me
And look me in the eyes
The way you would smile at me
The way I'd get butterflies
I miss the days that we would laugh
The little things you do
But at this time, what I miss the most
Is the time I spent with you
I miss the way you'd look at me
The way you made me feel
The way that you would comfort me
That way it felt so real
What it is I want you to know
Is that no matter what you do
I've never stopped feeling the way I feel
And I'll always be there, because I love you
I'm still gonna keep praying
That maybe you'll see
That I haven't quit trying
I still want you with me
Just remember it was me
Who was with you from the start
