She just cant take it any more
the pain she feels is just too strong
what happened to her life she thinks
how did it all go wrong?
at school she gets teased
and every day she gets hurt
the older girls gang up on her
and she gets pushed into the dirt
her family is always against her
and her mother beats her every day
her brother hits her, her dad rapes her
so every night she kneels down and prays
"God please free me from the misery that i am in,
right now i am so frustrated and confused
i want to kill myself but ill surely go to hell
but then again I'm sick of being abused"
"So God if your up there,
i just cant take it any longer
please i just want to be free
everyday I'm getting weaker and not stronger"
But tonight is the night
which she doesn't pray
because shes picked up the knife
and on the bloody floor there she laid
her lifeless body was covered in blood
but her spirit began to rise
she knew that there was no more misery
and no more tears from her eyes
