Regret u will have

One by one
you slowly slip away
into the darkness
that was forever my own
your not happy with yourself
not with everybody else either
you take a way thats not your own
a way that i still use
you take the knife
to push into their soul
ruining them forever
or the play with the food
thats on your plate
forever not eating
you might even take the way
of the finger down the throat
so you can forever
regret it
your teeth are rooting
your soul are broke
your stomach is begging
for the food so little
will you croak
you fall harder and harder
more than i ever did
to seize the help
of one itself
to be a person everyone
wants you to be
yet you hate yourself
you hate their parents
you expect your friends
to be perfect in every way
yet no one is
and no one will ever be
yet you don't realize it
and continue to get mad
to find the person
that you need to keep you sane
yet you continue to hurt yourself
in every way possible
to keep a secret
from you kids
so they wont end up like you
but they will
cause they don't know
that u did it once
and u will never talk about it
so they don't know its wrong
then u will be kicking yourselves
just like Ur parents once had
