Love and fear

I’m so tired of being here
No ones care was ever near
Stranded with nothing but my fear
Scared and hopeless, only I can shed a tear
And many more within this year
And my death will everyone cheer
And my soul black, not clean or clear
To all my hated I will appear
Because pain is what they hold on to oh so dear
An addiction so exquisite and sheer
Only would I allow this one peer
To get away with this one fear
Because of love, I was his dear
An endless river of love and fear
Though everyone must think it queer
That my haunting image will not beckon him near
To him I was something, not alone and drear
As I was to everyone else, I shall foreshadow their fear
And shall I then rest with no one here
And burn with mine and everyone else’s fear
