Different

I'm not like most guys, who just think that sex is all a girl is for

the ones who don't show respect,
i know that girls are worth more

don't be so stereotypical, and just think all guys are the same

i don't fall into the category of bing a jerk, don't give me that shame

why is it when a girl sees me, they think I'm just going to have sex with her

I'm not that man! I'm better then cant you see, of this i am sure

but no, instead when i try to talk to a girl, i get pushed away

but i will try to be different, and i hope that people can see that someday

*sorry this poem is so weak, its just how i feel, a lot of girls in my town are very....lady like ill say*

    I agree with everyone, except the fact that this poem was weak. On the contrary, you were expressing your opinion, and an opinion can not be called weak because it is your own. I may have a different opinion, but that doesn't make your poem, or your opinion weak. So keep hanging in here, love, lol. I am. I'm so happy to hear about your new baby!! lol! Awww.....is he, or is it a she, cute? I certainly hope so!!!!!!!!!

    Babe, I noticed lately that you're stressing about what those jack ***** say about you at school or w.e. You don't need to hit someone or screw some girl to gain popularity. And I think that that is what makes you a better person. I find you very charming, and if other people can't see it, then they're not worth you. You're soooooooooo special (compliment), and you have your OWN ideas which make you all the more of an individual. Who wants to be like the rest, right?

    Just be yourself, screw the rest of those who don't believe in you. I believe in you, I'm sure Jamey, is that her name? lol, i've forgotten completely, but I'm sure she believes in you too. You're such a talented poet, a great friend, and like I've said, you're charming. Any girl who doesn't see that, they're too stupid to have your love or friendship. Just saying. Hang in there!!!

    It's not one of your best ones, but I like what it stands for :) I understand what you are feeling still, and that is a good characteristic of good poems. So keep it up, you are having a better day than I am. My teacher practically threatened my wellbeing today...which was amusing...but oh well.. tata:)
