Parents?

by amy   May 24, 2005

Britni calls,
What a relief,
I can finally get out of this place!
There seems like a lot of haste.
My mom says yes,
And so does yours,
For once in our lifetime,
We can finally have fun.
My mom asks if her parents will be there,
And we say yes,
We will just go to her grandmas,
No sweat no sweat.
We arrive at your house,
I am as excited as a mouse,
I step in the door and the question flies,
Are your parents gonna be home?
I pray for you just to leave its really ok,
But no you insist.
No their not,
the truth comes out,
A long ride home is what came about.
A couple hours of yelling,
No more trust,
Will I ever do anything fun,
Or will everything always be this dumb?
