You Still Kill Me

by Absinth Eyes   May 24, 2005

The sands of time fall out of line
My days pass at their own speed
And never again will I remember
How you could have loved me

What am I, here on my bed
As distasteful thoughts scream in my head
But the irony in all I've said
Is you'll still kill me when I'm dead

I never fell through webs you wove
Once and again you left me alone
Up in my room, my blood my own
Were I sliced until I carved the bone

What's left of love does quickly fade
Like swept away by hurricanes
And in my hand, what you forbade
A cold and calling razor blade

~~Not meant to be so much about cutting as the feeling of desperation, so please don't GRR at me!~~

very dark.. and touching.. i lykd reading it.. i like the line before the last : "and in my hand, what u forbade" the word "forbade" give a deeper meaning to wat the piece has to say..
