Ever since the day you left me
Ive been trying to hide the pain
feeling so lonely and lost
without you I'm going insane

everyday is gets harder
getting harder to pretend
my heart still beats for you
but you just want to be my friend

yesterday i fell to pieces
just thinking about you
then my fears became real,
i saw you holding hands with someone new

but inside i kept repeating

and let the tears roll down my eyes

i cried all night long
thinking about how i was your girl
i knew that if you didn't of have left me

i didn't get a chance to hug you
or get to hold you in my arms
you didn't get to kiss me
or keep me safe away from harm

i didn't get to touch you
and feel your warm embrace
now in my miserable mind
