Awesome poem, great points raised! I agree with you, that people should think before they have unprotected sex and then have an abortion. It's just not fair to that poor child. However what if you were 16 years old and were raped? And then got pregnant... or what if you had protected sex and everything.. but it failed? Would you still have to pay the price? I understand that people some people can't even have babies and that we should appreciate the fact that we can, however what about those that had no choice and werent ready? :) good poem

Wanna hear my sister's situation? She was 18 and had just recieved a Softball scholarship to sum university in Oklahoma. She was raped by my 42 year old uncle and ended up pregnant. Are you telling me that she has to give up her scholarship because of something she didn't even want in the first place? Should she have to ruin her whole life because of my uncle?

No but are YOU telling me that that babys life should be ruined because of something the father did?

I think you stated ur opinions nicely.....even tho I agree 99.9% of the time.......I also feel that Laura, Ana, Ariana,and NightTears have good and valid reasons y this is such a hard topic to have such a strong opinon on it. I have recently met a wonderful person whom was raped and was pregnant....she was against abortions, and struggled with this night and day. The Rapist/Father of the baby ended up threatning her into having an abortion....Just plz think about the other valid points!

People do have different opinions on this topic. I used to be completely against abortion but my veiws have changed recently.
I can see where you're coming from though and i like the way you've put your opinions into a poem, it works well and seems to have caused a little Controversy, but that was to be expected !!
Anyways, really liked it !!
