Just another face

The happiness,smiles, the laughter
then my time has long passed
the tears,heartbreak,and sadness
stupid to think, together we'd last

started off as just a silly crush
crash bang ended in love and tears
left with no-one to love and hold
hopeless words from loving peers

amazing, one person can mean so much
yet on the flip , mean nothing at all
ruin dreams of happiness and hope
only 14 plenty of time to rise and fall

never thought I'd be the one who cryed
the one who felt all the aching and the hurt
the one to say "hunni please come back"
whose heart just gets thrown in the dirt

the regrets,the fights,broken friendships
yet still young im only 14 years of age
my solo performance still continues on
not yet ready to bow and run off stage

you may think you are but one person
but to me you mean more than the world
why wait for you to come back to me
when your in love with another girl
