Do you know how it feels when everyone hates you
Or how it feels to be clueless and not no what to do
Do you know how it feels when people talk behind your back
Or how it feels to hear your best friend was talking smack
Do you know how it feels when you think your a monster
Or how it feels it see everyone you know turn into an impostor
Do you know how it feels when the world turns it's back on you
Or how it feels to know no one in your life is true
Do you know how it feels when you see someone staring
Or how it feels to see no one is caring
Do you know how it feels to be sick of yourself
Or how it feels when no one is there to help
Do you know how it feels when your body starts to shake
Or how it feels when you don't wanna wake
Do you know how it feels to watch your skin bleed
Or how it feels to really need
Do you know how it feels when life gives you a spin
Or how it feels like you always lose and never win
Do you know how it feels to really hate yourself
Or how it feels to know that you need help
Do you know how it feels crave the scars on your wrist
Or how it feels to go through any of this

I don't think you know what some of us go through everyday
I don't think you understand why we say the things we say
I don't think you see what is behind our smile that is fake
I don't think you know everything in life we cant take
So when you think you got it bad
Just be happy your life isn't this sad
