United We Stand

We will salute our flag at any cost,
A flag once sewn by Betsy Ross
We will buy American cars from Chevy and Ford,
Freedom of religion allows us to worship our own Lord
We will visit ground zero and wipe tears from our eyes,
We remember two shuttles falling from the skies
We cried and prayed for some miners to be freed,
We banded together during a sniper's shooting spree
So many issues that we've conquered together,
Donating blood, to save each other
So why is it now when we need it most of all,
To come together, to make Bin Laden fall
That instead of together we are angry and irate,
We are not united, we are 50 separate states
So let's give our support to our commander in chief,
Let's give prayers and support to our troops overseas
Let's show the Madman he's not welcome on our land,
Because we are united and UNITED WE STAND!
