Little Girl So Silent

by Swallowed by Death   May 27, 2005

A little girl sits there so silent,
Scars on her wrists,
Her fragile mind betrays her,
Nobody cares.

A razor makes her smile,
Blood to know she's still alive,
She does it when no one is watching,
but nobody ever watches.

Long sleeve shirts all thru the year,
No one suspects a thing,
Tears fall down her sweet face,
Emotions locked up inside.

She tortured herself subconsciously
Locked herself in her room,
Tried to get herself in control,
But she didn't make it that far.

Blood stained shirt,
Crimson rug,
Blood stained knife,
White corpse.

Pale pink lips,
And eyeballs wide,
Not blinking,
Body cold.

Because nobody ever cared,
Her young heart wasted away,
Mother lost her angel,
And Daddy his baby girl.

We have no more need to talk, I wrote what I did, because you were talking smack. What I said has been told to me by many people who know you, many your friends. All you will ever do is use me and hurt me for your own self-esteem. Our relationship is over, we have no need to talk. This is it, I am dead to you, you are dead to me, no love, no hate, and no animosity. We just didn't work out that's all. As I said before, Good-bye Brit.
