Will anyone care
if i jump off a building
Or cut my wrist?

Will anyone care
If i cry or die
will any one notice?

will anyone ever
live my life, feel my pain
or run out crying in the rain?

Can anyone help me
with the pain I feel
and the lies i see?

Can anyone tell
When I fake a smile
to make everyone else happy?

Will anyone ever
know how i feel inside
or feel the pain i try to hide?
