Friends Till the End

I will sit here night after night
Pouring my heart out in this book
About feelings and situations
That don’t require an extra look.

But theres one thing
I do want to point out:
It’s that no matter what I write
Or how I pretend,
The thought remains
We’re friends till the end.

And I sincerely mean that,
It’s coming from my heart
No matter how we change or where we are
Our hearts could never part.
