Faith like a flower

by Nicola   May 28, 2005

A flower,
It stood,
In the rain,
In the wind,
In the cold.
It grew,
From rocky ground,
From among the thorns.
Against all odds,
This flower survived.
It knew the bad would end,
And the clouds would roll away.
This flower stood,
Because it had faith in the sun.

Why cant humans be more like this flower?
