When will it stop!

by Chasity   May 28, 2005

WHERE LOOKING FOR A HAPPY ENDING WONDERING WHEN WILL WE BE FREE LAST? MEMORIES STILL HUNTING US. BLACK WHIPS GOING AGAINST OUR BLACK BODIES CRYING AND WISHING THEM TO STOP.
WE STILL FEEL THE PAIN SEEING OUR ANCESTORS HANG. WILL WE SEE OUR HAPPY ENDING SOME DAY?CHAINED TOGETHER AND WORKED TO DEATH, ASHAMED BECAUSE I\'M BLACK , ASHAMED BECAUSE I\'M NOT WANTED ON THIS EARTH.
WHERE LOOKING FOR A HAPPY ENDING TO THIS NEVER ENDING STORY. WHERE LOOKING FOR A HAPPY ENDING THAT WILL END.
BUT WHEN?

This is such a sad sentiment. I hate the fact that people were once judged by the color of their skin as opposed to personal characteristics and accomplishments. To think there are still people so ignorant to feel that way these days brings sadness to my heart. Those people will be judged one day for their crime of stupidity and for judging others when they have no right.
