One big mess

by IWroteYouAPoemOnMyWrist   May 28, 2005

Angry as ever
she pulled up her sleeve
unlocked the case the scissors were in
and started to proceed

she turned over her arm
looked at the vanes
pressed the blade against it
she was going insane

clutching her hand
holding the knife
one step closer
to ending her life

blood slide down her arm
she tried to stop the bleeding
her last day on earth
her no one would be seeing

she held in so much pain that day
she feel to the ground
naked on the floor
shes no longer going to be around

the cold tiles against her back
her clothes covered in her flesh
lying there hopeless
her life was such a mess

her last tears fell
she covered her eyes with her hands
hoping when people found her
they'd understand

her hair was bright blond
but covered in blood now red
her last screams weren't silent
before she was dead

her arms with carved uncials
S.S. is what it said
perfectly straight lines
easy to be read

so now you all no
why she has to die
a perfectly inisaint girl
who lived a hell of a messed up life.

who lied about her thoughts
and lied about her dreams
just so she could fit in
and she was dead at thirteen.

she knew that when they found her
nobody would give a care
her mind was set on hateful thoughts
rite then and rite there

she always looked to the bright side
until this very day
she looked up to her older sister
who was never home anyway

she was sick of always being put last
instead of being put first
this time it wasn't going to be a mess
it couldn't get any worse.
