Just another poem.

Giving something is easy to do
But listening to lies
Is something I don't want to do

I thought you could help me
I thought you could save me
I put so much time in you
I really did believe it too

I know now that you can't help
This is all about me
About all that i have felt

Though life is tough
I will continue to pray
This road will only get more rough
With each passing day

Alone I know I would fall
But i know you listen
I know you hear it all

I talk to you now
I've talked to you then
Just now I see
That your my greatest friend

I thank you I do
You've helped me some
without you really
I don't know what I'd become

So this I give to you
Keep it safe
And keep it with you

Take this now
As I say goodbye
Treasure my soul
And Hear my fading cry
