Life works in mysterious ways

by ♥Munchkin♥   May 29, 2005

When we were crawling round in diapers,
We use to crawl together,
Our parents watched and smiled,
But that didn't last forever,
Our parents went separate ways,
And took us apart too,
12 years later we're strangers,
You don't recognise me, I don't recognise you,
Suddenly we're face to face,
Our parents meet and greet with a smile,
The looks on our faces confused,
Scared in a way, as though on trial,
My father turns round to tell me,
We met when we were babies,
Who'd of thunk we'd meet again,
When we've grown into nice young ladies ;P
You came into my life at the perfect time,
And now I never want you to leave,
You protect me like a big brother should,
To me you are my family,
Water or blood I couldn't care less,
You're my family and I love you,
I'll do as little sisters do,
Kick your butt and fight with you :P,
I know that we've been given a second chance,
To live our lives as family always,
Its funny how we met again after so long,
It's true what they say "life works in mysterious ways!"
