Pointless relationship

Why do people start relationships?
when in the end they become trouble
and your dreams will burst
like a giant bubble

there are always walls
obstacles in the way
and yet we still continue
till then end of the day

Why do i like them?
the feeling of being wanted
knowing theres somewhere there
to lean on when you're wounded

at the end of the day
i sit and think
what have a accomplished?
wit this pointless relationship

But i know we're different
we're not like the others
those who live get what they want
from this pointless relationship then leave then behind

I reckon that we'll last
through all those cold nights
whatever people throw at us
we'll put up a fight
