Miss, Love, You

by Lithium   May 31, 2005

I’ve been holding onto you for so long,
Never wanting to let go or come up for air,
So many words so many songs,
All wrote about you and how much I cared,

Everyone thought I got over you to quick,
They were right, I moved on to fast,
Went for the quick fix,
Which is now my heartbreaking past,

I don’t know if it’s just the situations we get put in,
Or the play that dances around the love I feel,
All I know is by loving you; I’m committing a sin,
But I can’t help it, it’s all to real,

One hug, one kiss, one last embrace,
To hold you again would be a dream,
Stare into your eyes upon your glowing face,
For-filling my souls deepest fantasies,

Sorry to all the people I will and have hurt,
By my feelings of truth love passion and kiss,
I had to let it out let it free to fly I’ve learnt,
The truth is I still love you and its something I really miss.

Dedicated to Paul, I think I love you.
