Nigeria (Updated)

The north is a Savannah
The south is a sea;
In between there are swamps
And cocoa plantations.

The Niger and the Benue
Copulate at New Bussa;
They give birth to
The Kainji dam.

The delta has oil in its belly
The people are impoverished;
The irony is starvation
In the midst of plenty.

Our mothers say
It is a curse;
You are in a river
But you wash with spittle.

    Good sophisticated vocab but still why do you describe nigeria so brutally if its your home. Nigeria is my pride and beauty and i would not write about all the poor-stricken and poverty. Embrace your true African self!

    NIGERIA RULES!
